Your main task will be :
Ongoing stores support, repair works (construction, electrical, furniture, equipment).
All technical systems maintenance and periodical service.
Contractors management - Ongoing cooperation, tenders, price negotiations, market research.
Managing failure tickets recеived from the stores.
On site handovers of the new stores to maintenance. Verification of the technical project execution (construction, technical installations) - handover protocols procedure. Verification of the as-built documentation.
Budget planning and data analyzing.
Technical safety services - Periodical control check of the: suspended ceiling, hanged elements, furniture and mirrors, wall cladding (ceramic tiles, equitone).
Managing of the stores closing.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO ARE:
Previous work experience in repair work and retail is preferred
Prior experience with facility management software/platform
Good MS Office skills
Persistent, communicative and physically strong personality
Excellent knowledge of Latvian, Russian and English - at a good conversational level
Category B driver's license
